From the North:
(From I-81): Proceed either south or north to Rt. 581. Travel east to Rt. 15 South and proceed to Lower Allen Blvd exit. Take exit and turn left onto Lower Allen Blvd, mall is on the left.(From Carlisle area and South they will drive North to Rt. 581; from North of Harrisburg they will drive South).
From the South:
(From York): Take I-83 North to Rt. 581, which heads west (this is a left lane exit and is Exit 20 before the river). Proceed approximately 2 miles and exit at Rt. 15 South (Gettysburg). Continue to the Rt. 15 South and proceed to Lower Allen Blvd exit. Take exit and turn left onto Lower Allen Blvd, mall is on the left.
(From Gettysburg): Take Rt. 15 North to Lower Allen Blvd and continue straight to Capital City Mall Drive. Take exit and turn right into the mall.
From the East:
(From Harrisburg:) Take I-83 South across the Susquehanna River and move to left lane which becomes Rt. 581. Proceed approximately 2 miles and exit at Rt. 15 South (Gettysburg). Continue to the Rt. 15 South and proceed to Lower Allen Blvd exit. Take exit and turn left onto Lower Allen Blvd, mall is on the left.
From the West:
(From Rt. 11): Take Rt. 11 North to Rt. 581 East and proceed approximately 2 miles, and exit at Rt. 15 South (Gettysburg). Continue until the Continue to the Rt. 15 South and proceed to Lower Allen Blvd exit. Take exit and turn left onto Lower Allen Blvd, mall is on the left.
